Top 3 Things you can do with RSI Express Lane
1) Issue Certificates:
Sometimes you will need to provide proof of insurance to a client or vendor and they need to be listed on the certificate. We have made it easy to use the portal to issue these yourself!
a) Click “Issue a Certificate”
b) Find the template you want (The “Default Template” is a standard template available that lists all coverages).
Once you select the template, you simply click on “Add Holder” and complete the required fields. Choose “Submit” and your Certificate is complete.
2) Review Vehicle and Driver Lists/Print ID Cards
Your drivers and vehicles are dynamic as your business hires/fires and buys/sells vehicles.
The Online Portal will let you adjust and amend these on your policy whenever you may need to.
a) Manage Vehicle/Driver lists.
Using this you can send in requests to add and delete drivers and vehicles.
- Print ID Cards – Use the second button “Auto ID Card”
Pick from the vehicle list and print off a copy of any ID card you may need.
3) Report and File Claims
Our team is ready to process your claim with your carrier and all the online forms will help our team gather all the relevant info needed to expedite the process.
a) Click “Claim Reporting”
b) Select the Type of Claim
